Diagnose

Understanding what exists today — your current workflow, team capacity, tools, and constraints. No assumptions are carried forward.

Design

Mapping the workflow logic before introducing any specific tool. Tool-agnostic strategy that survives software updates.

Build

Constructing the actual artifact — prompt library, training curriculum, custom pipeline, or course material. Real output, not slides.

Hand Off

Documentation, team training, and post-engagement support. The goal is for me to leave and the system to keep running.
