Documented outcomes from cohorts, custom builds, and education programs across India and globally — what we built, what worked, and what shipped.

Designed and delivered the first cohort of SparkUp's flagship creator program — an 11-module ChatGPT masterclass with the CRAFT prompt framework, 100-mark assignment workbook, and bilingual (English/Hinglish) student communication.

Education consultancy for IJHS in Damdama, Kalpi — designed a complete future-ready curriculum framework spanning Nursery through Class 7, with AI literacy integrated as a foundational pillar alongside traditional subjects.

Built a 7-day pre-course AI foundation program designed specifically for women with zero technical background. Daily WhatsApp rituals, bilingual Urdu/English lesson plans, and accessibility-first delivery.

Strategy and design lead for the YouTube Research Agent SaaS — a Python/FastAPI tool deployed on Railway with Claude AI analysis, Stripe subscriptions, and Resend welcome emails. Live at yasershamim.com/research.html.

Designed and documented a complete AI production pipeline for faceless YouTube channels operating across multiple niches. Spans research → script → image prompts → audio → editing using Claude, Midjourney, Kling AI, and FFmpeg.

Developed the CRAFT prompt structure — a teaching framework used across SparkUp Academy and CreatorOS Academy programs. Five components: Context, Role, Action, Format, Tone. Now the standard model for non-technical creators learning prompt engineering.
Every project — whether a 4-week cohort or a 3-week custom build — follows the same four-stage structure. Predictable on the outside, customized on the inside.
Understanding what exists today — your current workflow, team capacity, tools, and constraints. No assumptions are carried forward.
Mapping the workflow logic before introducing any specific tool. Tool-agnostic strategy that survives software updates.
Constructing the actual artifact — prompt library, training curriculum, custom pipeline, or course material. Real output, not slides.
Documentation, team training, and post-engagement support. The goal is for me to leave and the system to keep running.
The CRAFT framework finally made prompt engineering click for me. I went from random ChatGPT queries to actually producing publishable content within a week.
Areeba's program was the first AI training I attended that didn't assume I was already technical. She taught the workflow, not the tool — and that distinction changed how I produce content.
Bilingual delivery was the unlock. We had team members who couldn't follow English-only AI training — Areeba's Hindi sessions made the entire team operational on AI workflows.
